Silkscreened glass printing is a cost-effective means to create custom patterns or images on glass. It is produced by printing a layer of ceramic frit through a specialized screen mesh onto a glass substrate and then sending it to our state-of-the-art tempering furnaces for permanent and durable material fusion.
Our custom screen printing can be applied to ultra thin glass, chemically strengthened glass, tempered glass and float glass,etc.

An impressive variety of colors
Glass screen printing is available for a wide range of standard designs, and metallic and etching inks as well as special colors are available upon request.
The printed elements are baked into the glass at temperatures above 600°C; a process that transforms the glass into tempered safety glass and fixes the color once and for all. From this moment on, the color will not fade and will resist the effects of solvents and abrasion.
